CAD Data of Land Patterns




The land patterns of the packages used for our products have been released as CAD-format data (.dxf).
The efficiency of PCB design can be greatly improved by importing this land pattern data to the circuit patterns automatically generated by the circuit simulator when creating a PCB for circuit evaluation. Refer to the PDF files below for details of the supplied data.
Note that the data released here is used by Compound Semiconductor Devices Division to check the microwave characteristics via an evaluation board, so please only use these land patterns as reference patterns during prototyping. When applying these patterns to your set, they will need to be redesigned to accord with the pattern design rules of your company.
The following DXF files are saved in AutoCAD(R) R13/LT95 format.
